Flux Plugins Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

  • Commissions: Paid on Net Sales (after refunds/disputes).
  • Payout Schedule: Payments are made on a Net-60 basis (60-day holding period) to prevent fraud.
  • Minimum Payout: You must earn at least $50 to trigger a payout.
  • Restrictions: No bidding on our brand keywords (Google Ads). No self-referrals (buying for yourself). No spam.
  • Cookie Duration: 30 Days (Standard).

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up to be an affiliate in the FluxPlugins Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Flux Plugins reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application for any reason. If your site promotes gambling, adult content, illegal activities, or violates our brand standards, your application will be rejected.

2. Commissions and Referrals

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a commission on successful sales generated through your unique affiliate link or assigned coupon code. The current commission rate is listed in your Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Recurring Commissions: If applicable to your specific offer, recurring commissions are paid on subscription renewals for the lifetime of the customer (or as specified in your dashboard), provided the customer remains active.
  • Tracking: We use cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is 30 days. If a user clears their cookies or uses a different browser, the sale may not track, and we are not liable for these missed commissions.
  • Coupon Tracking: If you are assigned a custom coupon code, any sale made using that code will be credited to you, regardless of cookie tracking.

3. Payment Schedule & Methods

  • Holding Period: To protect against refunds and credit card fraud, all commissions are held for 60 days before becoming available for withdrawal.
  • Minimum Threshold: You must have a balance of at least $50 USD to request a payout.
  • Payment Method: Payouts are made via PayPal (or bank transfer for high-volume partners). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by PayPal.
  • Currency: All payments are calculated and made in USD.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks (The “Clawback” Policy)

  • If a customer referred by you requests a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback, the commission earned on that transaction will be deducted from your current or future affiliate balance.
  • If your balance is negative due to refunds, you will not receive a payout until the balance is positive again.

5. Prohibited Activities (How not to get banned)

You may NOT engage in the following activities. Doing so will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions:

  • Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own affiliate link to purchase Flux Plugins for your own use.
  • PPC Bidding on Brand Terms: You are prohibited from running Google/Facebook/Bing ads that bid on keywords such as “Flux Plugins,” “Flux Plugins Coupon,” “Flux Plugins Discount,” or any variation thereof. You may run ads bidding on generic terms (e.g., “Best Image Compression Plugin”).
  • Cookie Stuffing: You may not use invisible iframes or scripts to set cookies on a user’s device without their knowledge.

6. FTC Compliance & Disclosure

  • You must follow the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on testimonials and endorsements.
  • Mandatory Disclosure: You must clearly state that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission. This disclosure must be placed before the affiliate link (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links”).

7. Termination

Flux Plugins allows you to leave the program at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the system. Upon termination for a violation, all pending commissions are forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flux Plugins will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, database errors, or website downtime. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program.
